You may return an item within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.

How to return an item

• Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.
• We'll confirm the return and what to include in the parcel.
• Send the item to our returns address below.

Return postage

Who pays return postage, and whether a prepaid label is offered, still needs to be confirmed and published here before launch.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, the refund is issued through Shopify to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
