Delivery options, costs and timings are set in Shopify and shown in full at checkout before you pay.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Any additional destinations appear automatically at checkout if they have been enabled in Shopify shipping settings.
Delivery costs
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your address and basket. We don't advertise free delivery unless a threshold has actually been configured in Shopify.
Delivery timescales
Dispatch and delivery timescales: [To be confirmed]. These must be confirmed in Shopify shipping settings and updated here before launch — we don't publish estimates we can't meet.
Order tracking
Where tracking is available it is included in your dispatch email. You can also use the Track Order page.
Problems with a delivery
If something hasn't arrived or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we'll help put it right.
